This notice says what happens to personal data on adrian-bogdan.com and on the 3D CV game. It is written for visitors. It is not a contract and it is not legal advice.

What is used, and why
- Contact form. Name, email, and message, so the message can be answered. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a possible contract, or legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
- Server logs. IP address, date, browser type, and the address of the page. Used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. The basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Theme choice and session. Described on the cookies page. No advertising profile is built.
Who receives it
The site is hosted on a server in the operator’s own lab. Mail delivery may use the configured mail host. Data is not sold. It is not sent to an advertising network. If a processor outside the European Economic Area were added later, this notice would name the safeguard. None is used for the public pages today.
How long
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of a professional conversation, and not longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required for a claim. Security logs are kept for a shorter operational period and then rotated.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email the address above. The 3D game does not ask you to create an account. Do not type secrets into the in-game guide.
